Daily Maintenance Of Metal Mold CNC Milling Machine

First, daily maintenance

1. Check the lubricant level to ensure the lubrication of the Metal Mold CNC Milling Machine.

2. Check if the coolant in the coolant tank is sufficient and not enough to add it in time.

3. Check the oil level of the pneumatic triple joint, which is about 2/3 of the height of the entire tubing. The water in the pneumatic triple-link filter tank is discharged by the drain switch every day.

4. Check if the air blowing in the taper hole of the spindle is normal. Wipe the inner cone hole with a clean cotton cloth and spray light oil.

5. Clean the tool pocket and tool, especially the claws.

6. Clean the exposed limit switches and bumps.

7. Remove cutting and oil stains on the workbench, machine tool, and three-axis telescopic cover.

8. Check all the signal lights, and the warning lights are normal.

9. Check the oil pressure unit tube for leaks.

Second, monthly maintenance

1. Detect the lubrication of the x-axis and trajectory of x, y and z. The track surface must ensure good lubrication.

2. Check and clean the limit switch and the bump block.

3. Check if the oil cup oil of the knife cylinder is sufficient, and it is not enough to add it in time.

4. Check if the sign and warning nameplate on the machine are clear and exist.

Third, annual maintenance

1. Check that all buttons are sensitive and normal.

2. Clean the cutting water tank and replace the cutting fluid.

3. Check the vertical accuracy of each axis to determine if adjustment is needed.
